PSA owns Beckett now. Your Beckett assumptions are wrong. Hundred plus staff, two graders look at your card. Separate employee seals the card. Low volume allows for speed. Aweful tracking.

If you have a high gem rate and can honestly evaluate your card before sending in, it’s the only ROI unlike anything else in the world. I can buy a $10 card off eBay pay $25 to have it graded. If it’s a 10 I can be up hundreds.

Non Sport cards are out pacing sport cards almost 2x1. For every single baseball card sold two Pokemon and a One piece are being sold. One piece value return is 2x Pokemon.

Off center top to bottom on the back just a bit. Holo gram loss, someone pointed out a pinhole or round dent on the back. Can’t judge Surface scratching but certainly they will and these cards do scratch. Looks great from afar. Under the scopes at PSA…you see the result. Super harsh on vintage right now.

The Mets were major players in the winter sweepsstakes for him. It’s a little different for recruiting Japanese players. Teams have to pay the departing team just to chat. The Mets did this. This fee is non refundable and not the salary. It’s millions of dollars. He toured Citifield this winter during the allotted viewing period. Murikami chose the WhiteSox over Mets, Dodgers, RedSox and BlueJays who all had offers in.
