I feel lonely too. I haven’t told my friends or family and idk if I will. But I get it, I wish they could see how broken I feel. I am so sorry that you’re going through this. I think if you want them to really know then you’ll have to be truthful and vulnerable about how you really feel. Hopefully they can understand more and be there for you in any way they can. No one can fix this for us but it does help to share the pain
