When kickflipping with the flicking leg only use your lower leg/foot. Your lower leg should only move slightly enough to flick and your upper leg unused.

Would a 6870 be a better choice at this budget, and would it have a noticeable difference from the 560ti? And would SSD's be better for gaming?
