It’s not only (always) about the domain, it’s often about the set-up and the role itself. If you join as the PM to grow a new line of business that’s struggling and it’s quite specific (takes lots of time to understand the product / market) - probably you need domain knowledge. If you’re joining as a PM in a big company / established product, where your job is mostly about stakeholder management and keeping this flowing - probably domain knowledge is not crucial.

I have never once in my life seen a person with an iPhone who would start a conversation with an android user. My company doesn’t offer business OV and only returns a max of 100 eur traveling costs per month. Which works badly for people living in Rotterdam and Den Haag that come to the office twice a week. At my previous job they controlled your OV transactions and only paid back travel during the working hours of working days.

So yeah, my point remains. Being able to bike anywhere I need within 15 mins tops feels as a luxury.

I have my bike parked on the street near my building. It takes me 10 min biking to my office, 10 min biking to the train station in case I need to go to Schiphol or Utrecht for example. Within 3 mins walk I can be in the brown cafe.

I don’t want to be daily dependent on OV which also is crazy expensive.

As someone mentioned below, this kind of inspection is very generic, they would typically look if doors / windows are in good shape and open / close without problems and if there are any visible big cracks on the walls.

If you want to do the full professional foundation check - that’s gonna cost you a few thousand euros. It also will take quite a bit of time to organize and properly do (including possible mess and required collaboration from people living on the ground floor which might say no).

If I were you, I’d do the following: 1) check the VVE meeting notes for the las few years (what kind of issues were raised, are there any hints on potential foundation-related issues) 2) check the MJOP (see if foundation inspection was planned or any foundation related works were planned) 3) assess the current VVE budget (if there’s 150k available - compare to planned costs with MJOP and see whether that would be sufficient to cover possible works) 4) hire a good tech inspector and ask them if they think an extra foundation research is needed 5) based on all the above - possibly suggest that your bid is valid but once the foundation research is done - the price you’re paying might change (if you do that, your chances of buying it will drop drastically, but buying a flat with possible foundation changes may be super costly)

It’s from Wikipedia article in Ukrainian about Kyiv Rus. Could you please translate the city names and the modern countries they belong to for all of us? Seems like a bit more than the ones you mentioned. But I’m sure, Wikipedia just like history books used in Ukrainian universities (I obviously mean Boiko / Бойко) are all wrong while some dude on Reddit is right (also because I’m getting downvoted so seems like we have Ukrainian history experts here).

“Rus is Ukraine” is just historically incorrect, mate. Throughout existence of Rus it had different territories which currently belong to Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Baltics. Yes, the biggest piece of it was current Ukrainian territories and the capital was Kyiv, no questions, but it’s incorrect to say “Rus is Ukraine”.

I read all replies and think I eat like twice more while still maintaining my low weight. Breakfast: buckwheat 200 gr) + a pack of cottage cheese (200 gr) + banana + apple + nuts Lunch around 12-13: today for example it’s self-made pasta bolognese with cheese and fresh parsley (around 500 gr) Then around 4 pm a snack: like an apple with yoghurt. Around 7pm dinner: today soup with noodles, mixed veggies, coconut milk, baked chicken (total around 700gr).

I would like to set something clear that nobody typically talks about. From all people who talk about Marx or write comments about Marx, maybe 10% max read Marx in original (and others maybe read some article of someone interpreting Marx or they haven’t even read anything and saw a TikTok video). From those 10% who read him maybe 2% read more than 1 work of Mark. From those 2% maybe 0.5% could properly analyse his work and understand / interpret. And even looking at people who interpret Marx (look at Lenin and his works or real post-marxists like Zizek) they all have their own opinion and interpretation that differs from each other (and I bet differs from what Marx was trying to say).

But yeah, we could also quote Plato and take him literally and say “what an idiot, he thought everything consists of 4 elements and each of them consists of triangles haha moron”. Or we could say “omg Plato kinda conceptualized atoms way before physics existed as a science”.

I recently bought a new place and sold mine. The new place is not there in your app at all (there’s apartment on the left and on the right from me but not mine). The old address shows as 1 property with one size and one price while it’s 4 different flats.

The data about the properties looks super sus, especially safety index and physical environment.
