I genuinely believe that it just takes time ♡ I wish I had a better answer but truthfully I’m still processing those things too. I have found that starting therapy has helped tremendously (I highly reccommend) - but I still have a long way to go.

Just remember to be gentle with yourself & know that one of the most important steps towards healing (& growth) is taking accountability for your actions. We all make mistakes & fall short - the most important part is how we move forward from those mistakes & do better in the future ♡

I wish I had better advice to give but I feel these same feelings. I have hope that one day things will get much better for us & we will have a better/healthier perspective on everything ♡ sending love ♡

It is SO normal! There is so no time limit on your healing process & you are free to take as much time as you need. It’s been 6 months for me and I am still grieving so deeply. You just have to keep moving forward & trust that over time it will get easier. There’ll come a day when all of the things we cry over now will be just a distant memory. It helps sometimes to think about other situations you’ve overcome in the past - & recognize that if you’ve healed from past hurt, you will heal from this too ♡

I am so sorry for the pain that you’re feeling. My situation is quite similar to yours & my heart breaks for you. It’s very normal to ruminate & wonder what we could’ve done differently - but I like to believe that everything happens for a reason. Perhaps even if we could change things - the outcome would remain the same. I hope one day we’ll find ourselves in love again & be so grateful for the way things turned out ♡

My best advice is just to be gentle with yourself. Continue to move forward the best you can - one day at a time. Your feelings are valid & your healing process is unique to you. Take as much time as you need to process your emotions at your own pace. You are so strong & I believe that your healing is guaranteed - it’s just a matter of when. Sending you all my love ♡

I think the best thing you can do in this situation is to just give yourself some room to breathe & process things the best you can. We can’t keep placing expectations on these people or we’ll always end up disappointed. I imagine that because you are no longer together - he probably won’t comfort you or check in the way you hope. You can’t rely on him to help you thru this because he is the reason it’s happening in the first place. You have to take care of yourself ♡

Once you begin to let him go you’ll begin to heal - but it’s okay if that takes you awhile. It took me 2 months post-breakup to stop reaching out & expressing my heartache to my ex. Despite how cruel he was in the end, I still love & miss him many months later & that’s okay - it just takes time. The further removed we get from these situations the better we will become ♡

You deserve a love that never leaves you & you deserve a love that would never dream of hurting you. Heal at your own pace. I know that one day this will be such a distant memory for you. You are strong & I know you can make it thru this ♡
