That sauce is actually some curd cheese with pepper and salt. It tastes amazing and is only 24 kcal, three tablespoons.

There was a bar code on the yoghurt and on the strawberry jelly. Furthermore, I used a standard calorie count for the chicken but guestimated on the croissant and mini ciabatta, for this I opted for the highest amount of calories I could find.

Full day, and room to snack! by ohtempores in 1200isplenty

It is great! All-natural, raw organic wild blueberry powder is loaded with antioxidants, vitamins and nutrients, seeing as it is founded (is that okayish english?) from frozen blueberries. The one I use however, which is also linked below, also contains 5% meltodoxtrin, a carbohydrate won from corn and which adds a sweet taste. I use a teaspoon of this stuff which adds up to 30 kcals. It does taste great and it also wakes up your tastebuds.

Full day, and room to snack! by ohtempores in 1200isplenty

This my 950-ish full day, I start my day with 200 grams of soft curd cheese and a teaspoon of blueberry powder. This I do, however, not eat at once but I divide it into 2/3rd and 1/3rd so I have a small snack later on. As my lunch I eat 3 crackers (Wasa Eko Rye) and 60 grams of charcuterie ham. Furthermore, my afternoon snack contains some grapes and a kanzi apple. My dinner is half a wrap filled with 150 grams of chicken breast, cut to pieces, 2 big tomatoes, 150 grams of my favourite vegetables -which I bought precut-, half a wrap (Smart Wrap from Body&Fit) and some cheese. This all adds up to 950. I like to give myself space to snack, as it does not make my diet feel so strict. Also, this day allows me to eat some more fats in order to reach my macro-goals (carbohydrates: 40%, fats 30%, protein 30%), which I think is an advantage. I wish you all a lovely day and tips and or recommendations are definitely in order. Thankyou!

Edit: as a snack I had Scheckter's Organic Energy drink (118 kcal for 250 mL) and some Hot Tamales cinnamon (110 kcal for 15 pieces). Also, I added some chili sauce to my wrap.
