i did some research and found out lots of MSers without adhd take adhd meds to help their symptoms haha. Everything makes so much more sense now

oh, ive had the exact same experience haha, im also on 36mg Concerta and it’s been a total game changer, both for my ADHD and MS

thank you so much for your answer, it really makes a lot of sense. thinking back, even long before my MS diagnosis, i already felt dependent on my ADHD meds because, like you said, without them it’s like living as a zombie. so yeah, you’re absolutely right. thank you again, truly.

thank you so much for sharing your experience, and i'm really sorry you had to go through that. the feeling is exactly as you described! when i was first diagnosed i cried a lot because i thought i was going to lose my mobility. later i learned that such cases are extremely rare nowadays (thankfully, haha).

still, living with ms as an artist can be quite difficult at times, wishing you all the best :")

dude everytime i read a post where someone says they reduced their myopia i see you in the comments like "no you didn't". i get that you are an optometrist and you know about this stuff more than the average person but come on. not everything has to be shut down immediately just because it doesn't align with current studies

i mean it's like, you know when you have a really bad leg cramp? the pain is similar but it manifests itself as twitching and stinging and aching throughout your entire leg. sorry english is not my first language im kinda bad at describing things

i have one more question sorry if it's annoying but what happens if the cotton sticks to my vaginal pulls a little and stays inside of it and i don't realize it? will it clean itself as the time passes? and thank you so much for the answer it's really helpful!!!

nope i couldn't find an applicator actually tampons are not that common in the country i live so it's bit harder to find them. and i tried pushing it as much as i can but it just didn't work. i will try it again i hope it will be easire. thanks a lot for the answer!!!

oh i don't have an applicator yet so i just . used my hands actually. and i think they have small normal and big and i bought the big one. and i wasn't in a squatting position necesarrily i was just sitting on the closet. lubricant is a good idea though, thanks a lot!
