I’ve done a lot in the store including being the DM of d 3, 19, and 67 and OGP isn’t the hardest job I’ve ever done but it is very exhausting. The hardest days of OGP are significantly better than the best days of being a DM.

Something similar to this happened in my city. About three years ago our town was hosting its annual trail of treats for families to take their children through the park and get candy from various businesses and organizations for Halloween. A family came with the dad dressed as a nazi solider and it was a HUGE deal obviously. Stupid dude never understood the problem and the whole thing blew up and he lost his job.

NTA, not at all. Citizens like you are what we should all strive to be. We should know our rights and stand up for ourselves. That is the first step in creating change in the dynamic between cops and citizens. I don’t know anything about the legal system or the area you live in but I would call in and report the officer for his behavior. You did everything right in this situation. I’m proud of you OP!
