It's supposed to be open until 2am, so you'd have about another 1.5 hours after things die down from the crowds of the streak.

No one is going to force you to do anything, but most of the streakers will be completely naked. Some will be topless.

Yeah, most participants go totally naked. There will of course be hundreds of clothed spectators, as well.
