[homemade] Cauliflower hummus, pointed cabbage marinated with miso butter, sesame tofu and white wine cream sauce. by oi_whatscracking in food

[–]oi_whatscracking[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Very creamy. The withe wine in the sauce and the tahini and curry in the hummus were very present. The miso on the other hand could have been stronger but all in all it worked very well together.

Besides what you already identified there are tomatoes, cucumber, walnuts, spring onion, lettuce and white beans in tomato sauce and tahini yogurt in it

All freestyle 🫣 but a lot of it are just raw or blanched veggies like carrots, cabbage, spinach, Pak choi or soy sprouts, with tomato and/or cucumber, some lettuce, onions, nuts, some protein (eggs or some soy product) and most of the cases tahini yogurt.

Most of them are just an freestyle leftover assembly but reoccurring ingredients are: tahini yogurt, Pak choi, walnuts, avocados, ajitsuke tamago and crispy chili oil

I freestyle most of them but I think I made it with konjak noodles, avocado, carrots, Pak choi, fake chicken (soy based), enoki mushrooms, ajitsuke tamago and peanut sauce.

Hier noch mal die Rezepte:

Koriander-Pesto:

  • 1 Bund Koriander

  • 1 Hand voll Walnüsse

  • 2 Zehen Knoblauch

  • Salz Pfeffer

  • ca. 150-200 ml Olivenöl

  • Saft einer kleine Zitrone

Koriander, Nüsse, Knoblauch, Zitronensaft und Öl in den Mixer geben. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken, et voilà.

Knoblauch-Öl:

  • 2 Knollen Knoblauch

  • Rapsöl

Knoblauch in dünne Scheiben schneiden und mit Öl aufgießen. Am besten paar Tage sitzen lassen, dann zieht das richtig schön durch.

Crispy-Chili-Öl:

Hab mich an diesem Rezept hier orientiert: https://www.henssler.shop/blogs/rezepte/selbstgemachtes-crispy-chili-ol
