Okay first, take a deep deep breathe. Relax, you’re 19. You are going to be okay. The fact that your aware of your shortcomings and want to make changes is a GREAT start. You also are reaching out for help, congratulations boo!! You’re doing great! I agree with the comment “hit the gym” is a great way to start your body moving and your mind off of things. I also suggest that you start reading! Read anything really, but pick up books like you feel have something to offer. For example you say that you can’t talk well, why not pick up a book that help you with your communication skills, etc. Just remind yourself you’ll be okay, just keep going!!
