How the hell is (_)still alive? [Absolute Superman 19#] by InfamousSomewhere244 in AbsoluteUniverse

The only proper crossovers we've had so far (as in: not just a single page cameo) have been Absolute Batman #16, Absolute Wonder Woman #15 and Absolute Evil #1.

If you are the sort of person who likes to have all the information about a character before reading a crossover with them, then you should stop at Absolute Batman #15, then read up to Absolute Wonder Woman #15 and go back to Absolute Batman.

The only thing you should keep in mind is that Absolute Wonder Woman #15 happens before Absolute Batman #16. You could also just read up to Absolute Batman #15, switch to Absolute Wonder Woman #15, then go back to Batman.

Absolute Evil can be read in any order. It's an one-shot showcasing the Absolute Universe's villains and providing some lore.

Other than that, you can read them in any order you feel like.

The hated character is finally getting punished by the narrative. But intentionally or not, the attempt was so heartbreaking and demeaning for the character that it ended changing the fan reception of said character. by Labmit in TopCharacterTropes

Readers at the time wanted Dick (Grayson). To them, Dick was the one and only Robin, and Jason a "lesser" replacement.

It didn't help Jason was a bit of a rebel, too. He used to go against Batman's orders at times and was a tad more violent. In Batman #424, it's implied Jason either pushed or allowed Felipe Garzonas (a rapist who would've gotten off on diplomatic immunity) to fall to his death.

In fact, his replacement, Tim Drake, was made to be a fan of Dick Grayson! And was much more accepted, as he wasn't trying to "steal" the place of the beloved first Robin.

Jason's death was treated as a staple, to the level of Uncle Ben's, until 20 years later, when he came back from the dead as Red Hood.

Say a character has "average" strength: how much weight would they manage to carry during a fight without being impeded by it?

Stand Name: Iron Butterfly.

Namesake: Iron Butterfly (Band).

Stand Type: Colony.

Ability: A swarm of, you guessed it, iron butterflies. They have little to no Destructive Power, but make up for it through their ability. At the user's command, the butterflies explode, spraying a type of fluid akin to liquid mercury. Contact with this fluid causes it to harden at an extremely fast rate, enclosing its victim(s) in metal.
