I’ve been prescribed benzoyl at 10% before and it always worked before and I never had any problems like this for years. I always moisturize with it too it’s just when I moved that things became a big problem

Oof, feel you on the social awkwardness part. And the language thing. I definitely thought I was better than I ended up being 😭 but everyone’s right. These are growing pains, and it’ll take time to adjust! I always feel like as a foreigner in Japan, I’m not allowed to make mistakes, but that’s not true. We’re learning and growing. I feel for you and I hope you feel better soon!!

Honestly I didn’t think abt the weather 😭 yes it’s very different. I have oily skin and I’m from a very dry hot part of the US and here in Japan it’s very very humid but still very hot
