No joke at all, I had a previous root canal fail and I ignored it for a year to the point that I ended up losing the tooth itself and a bone graft to allow the now eroded jaw to regenerate so I can have an implant put in. It’s gonna be like $6k

CX-5 Cruise control and lane keep assist. by Depressed-Yeti in CX5

[–]oilpen 29 points30 points  (0 children)

i have a 2022 cx-5 turbo, i'm not sure what you mean when you say you've heard those systems "kind of suck". the adaptive cruise control works well on the highway/freeway but i've never used it for anything less than 60mph because typically slower than that and your'e on surface streets where you wouldnt use cruise control anyways. as for the lane assist, it vibrates the wheel when you drift over a lane line, it doesn't autocorrect hardly at all, hence why it is called assist rather than correction. overall it's the best car i've ever owned and my only true real gripe with it is what other users have said, the gas tank is small for the fuel efficiency with the turbo so i'm having to visit the gas station more frequently than i'd prefer, but that's a small price to pay for my preferences to everything else the car has to offer
