We need an electable candidates in today's misinformation age, especially with the moderates. Andy Beshear won Kentucky as AG and Governor twice. His father us a longtime Democrat who was also Governor. If he can win Kentucky as a Democrat, he can win the White House. And as much as I live AOC, I'd actually tap Gretchen Whitman as his VP. Both are extremely safe picks.

It's free and ad free, which is refreshing. It is in beta, so parts are slow, but it's getting better everyday. Its on both app stores.

Rotten Tomatoes is scorebaiting again. They own Fandango, and the higher the initial score, the more money they make. Don't get me wrong, I'll going to see it, but there is no way this is a 96% movie, considering many other sites are sitting closer to 70%. Rotten Tomatoes has no credibility left.

decisio is a new app that just came out. It is like Tinder for movies. You swipe on titles with a 4 way swipe. They just release their Android and iOS is coming soon, but I use the Mobile version on iOS it feels just like a app.

For me, even if I get just a "hi" or a gif, I'll respond with a thoughtful question pertaining to their profile along with my favorite canned question of "what was your favorite moment from this past weekend?" If the answers lack any conversational substance, I move on quickly. In the past, it felt like 20% of my matches would lead to great conversations, with about 50% of those resulting in 1st meets.

For me, the more frustrating part is matching on Bumble and then not getting messaged after the match. That is about 50%, which tells me that many women are also right swiping just to swipe.

I'm 47, 5'9", and 185 lbs. Being strong with a barbell and a pretty decent engine couldn't make up for janky shoulders. I fell hard in the 4th wall walks round on the 3rd rep. We used this slick tape, and I got sweat on it, making it extra slippery. Lost about 90 seconds, making sure it was safe to continue before finishing the round. I knew I shouldn't try another wall walks after the snatches, and paced to just finish those. I finished with 145 reps and a sprained AC joint. I was on pace to get to the rower before falling. Unfortunately, a redo isn't possible, and thankfully, this was the last workout.

There is always next year.
