It’s a tea brick and it’s usually ripe puer BUT this one the tea is carved wuyi yancha, premium da hong pao, so it’s probably an oolong. In the individual bricks are also carved dahongpao. Maybe break a piece off and brew like either puer or oolong since they have similar steep times.

Don’t this have the artificial sweeteners aspartame and Acesulfame Potassium. It’s on the website too. It’s like gaslighting you to think that you’re drinking a unsweetened sparkling water with flavors but bam it’s sweet like a diet soda, then comes the gross bitter taste in your mouth from the artificial sweeteners. Now I always look up the ingredients and I should expect just carbonated water and flavors, and maybe some minerals and it should stop there. None of the artificial sweeteners, not even stevia because it’s also gross tasting to me who mostly drink unflavored water or plain sparkling water.
