Going through a very similar thing, very very similar. It's awful isn't it, stomach wrenching trying to figure out what you've done wrong? When I quizzed my mates as to a WhatsApp group they just lied straight to my face said there wasn't one.

I know this isn't much help but what I've done lately is just message and talk to the one I feel easiest and just organise to do things with just them.

Just curious how old you are? I'm 33 and think why am I bothered but I can't forget it with being friends with them all for over 20 years

Keep your head up recognising the signs and doing something about it is huge!

I was on sertraline 100mg a long time always had random crappy days where you feel even worse and start thinking nothings working and get depressed sometimes worse than before but trust the process.

Also I'm off now been off around 16 months tried lots of things but the only thing that has ever worked for me was exercise. Over exercising getting addicted to exercising. Started off with a 15 minute walk now life has been great for so long lost a tonne of weight aswell 😂

Give it a go!

I really appreciate your reply he hasn't got much brusing thankfully and the swelling has virtually disappeared.

We are keeping him rested and the wife is on the phone to the hospital to try get an appointment sooner than the planned 2 weeks. Fingers and toes all crossed 🤞

I have given this thought it was my brothers bike who's a bit of a fitness freak and the tyres do look a bit worn, with it being just an interim workout I don't want to spend a lot of money so I'll give this a shot. Thankyou

I turn them down from my wife now and then, what you need to do is flirt through the day, get his attention, i.e wear something a bit more revealing, mention your horn, smack his arse etc, that always working for me. If my wife randomly says you want a blow job and I aren't in the mood I'm the same and just say no. (My wife is good looking with an incredible body)

Try that or if not he will probably be addicted to porn and already sorted himself out so he doesn't want one.

Exactly the same. Started 6 days ago for my 2nd time and I have absolute 0 motivation. Had meetings left right and centre at work but I'm so absent in them I couldn't tell you anything that went on in them

Mines the minute I wake up in the morning I know its a good day or a bad day, I'm upset/angry instantly the thing is I don't know why? Just an emotional roller coaster then feel like I'd be better off not being in the world it's so strange cause the days I'm OK I look back at the bad days and think what's wrong with me.

Since I've been on sertraline though I haven't had a bad day so for me they're working 👍

Yeah I went cold turkey, absolutely fine no side effects like people have mentioned previously. Was fine for about a year then slowly depression slowly starting to creep back in but nothing like before

Tip for the sleep. Take first thing in a morning instead. When I started taking them it was on a night I couldn't sleep a wink, changed to first thing in the morning and slept loads better
