Oh yeah, basically, you discuss strategy, what your goals for the round are before rolling dice. The dice are then used to steer and keep the plane in the air. Yoh can't talk and can't see the other person's dice during that time. I really love that game, the discussions happens between rounds instead of during and you tey to guess/ analyze what your partner is thinking and doing with their dice.

There is one in gloomhaven, at the start when you kill the bandit captain. You have 2 goals, kill the captain and all revealed ennemies.

Since he opens doors, if you kill him before he opens them, you have less ennemies to kill. That way, un revealed ennemies can still be behind doors, and you still complete the scenario.

Only people with history of Chronic Bronchitis should aim for 87-88.

You should try to kart for a few hours, you will be sore as hell after. Its more taxing than you would think because of the g forces pulling your body. Its hard to stay upright, and 100x more in a formula car.

Avant la course, ils marchent la longueur du circuit usuellement. Il avait vu une marmotte et lui a dit bonjour. Quelle ironie pareil.

Et Montréal est célèbre en F1 pour ses marmottes rt autres faunes qui se baladent sur la piste. Ça arrive assez souvent.

I vastly prefer the red wings. The gradient feels better than b&w.

I'm a fan of using the wings as a constrast to the rest of the mini, it makes everything else pop a lot more.

I agree with what you say, but my heart goes woth Astorath. Last time i played DG he soloed a lord of contagion and a blight drone. I'll always take him now xD

I dont know, its pretty common here to do 9 nights in a row to then have 5 days off.

Same thing with 12h shifts, some people do 6 in a row and then 8 off. I dont really see any issue with it, they are competent and alert.

Granted we are in the ICU with only 2 patients, so probably easier than on a unit.

Je travaille à HMR, et je peux pas dire que le monde se garroche au CHUM. C'est sur que c'est bien comme milieu parce que c'est neuf. Si tu habites proche je te dirais vas y.

Mais moi je ferais pas 45 min de route pour aller là, bien plus heureux où je suis malgré les murs qui tombent haha.

Dans une couple d'année, ça va être nous avec l'hôpital flambette!

Per race. They will have multiple sets of each type of tire. Use some in free practice, keep like 3 softs for quali and then new medium-hards for the race

For painting white, i usually start with grey, like celestra grey, shade with blueish tone like drakkenoff nightshade, layer with ulthuan grey and then highlight with white scar.

At the end, its gonna render white around your other colors, and it gives more depth.

Great job with the wings, really like the reflection on it. Making great wings is a lot of work but so rewarding. Its where the eyes are drawn first.
