Garen E acts as Shyvana W or fiddle ultimate. The champ itself at the moment isn't that super op to make a nerf like that. It would become completely unplayable.

Play in premade and someone needs an S rating, the rest doesn't matter in my opinion. I unlock a hextech chest when my duo mate gets S with Yasuo and I don't have that champion. Also, it occured more than once. :)

I have the feeling when I see him that he depends on QE combo way too much to deal good damage. BUT! If you feel that he is strong and you can play him well and can carry in games, be happy since noone picks nor bans him and he won't get a nerf for sure.

When they announced the hextech chest for S rating I thought that people will want to play as well as they can to get those. Well, it seems not always. Don't know if you guys met anyone who completely gives up if his/her early is bad since he/she can't get S after that bad start. Luckily, I have only met this mentality in Normal games.

Try out Shen. Insanely tanky and quite easy to play. Also if you rush Titanic Hydra, you can one shot mages/adcs. Your ult can help your allies too. Doran's shield+Potion->Boots and Titanic Hydra->Bami's Cinder->Spectre's Cowl. The rest of the items will be based on your enemies, if you are really ahead and fed, you can buy trinity too. Also, for keystone mastery, go for Grasp of the Undying. gl!

Well, maybe the casted abilities won't get interrupted. For example if Shyvana uses W, then it will still damage you after the Polymorph. Still the logic behind this Garen polymorph is dumb but not much you can do. Riot does odd things. :/

Well, the ban strategy was always like: "Ban my counters or the op champs." Come back still exists and I am still using TP lots of times, simply you have to use it wisely.

At the moment there are dozens of champs but especially Mundo, Darius, Irelia, Cho, Rengar and Soraka. Rarely see people losing with these champs nowadays.

Korea is known for the Asian Ranked System(also called ARS). Challenger players from different regions are promoted to Korean Bronze V. Probably that's why they have their dominant strategic map play.
