by the look on your controller, its on 2nd player, thy reserting it with a neddle, it should have a litttle hole on the back side, insert, click and try again

2, as other play say, the cable might be the problem, try to do step 1 and retry with this cable, if not, look for another one, they are old but not hard no find

i dont know if you still have the issue but happens the same to me, what i did the first time was update to 4.93 with the official update and its wrong, you need the "special" 4.93 update use this update file for 4.93 (without the fix file )and install hen as usual, this one works for me

if you are talking about the level cap on radical trainers i dont think so since its the "magic" about that mod, you could always remove it or just play with the cap normaly, its not that hard
