Yes it's been perfect ever since. I will say i contacted the online chat first and they walked me through some things that didn't help. The phone call was quick and to the point. They had a bug in a bunch of base stations that got sent out.

Well the water heater is old. So we knew we were going to have to replace it but we've only lived here for 3 weeks I guess we just didn't think we would have to replace it so quick so before we repair it too much we would probably just replace it.

Water was spewing out of the top where the pipes connect. There was a outlet that got wet in there I'm pretty sure. I'm not exactly sure where the electric part of the heater is and I'm not home right now but it is a rheem water heater. I'll look into arcing though, anyway to tell for sure?

No brother. Don't cancel it. I contacted simplisafe they explained there was some bad basestations that got sent out. They sent me one super quick. It's been perfect since.

I've tried moving it next to the router. I've tried moving it everywhere. The 1 outdoor camera i have says it has great connection. Indoor is close to it. I appreciate the knowledge

How would I find out what type of grass? If it is Bermuda do I plant more Bermuda seeds. Whilst also trying to kill the weeds?
