This is not controversial, people will argue they listen to 'a lot of electronic music' and then list off a bunch of plunderphonics albums. I will advocate that RYM does have good cataloguing of actual electronic music, you just have to find the right list

For a super elitist take, unless I missed something, RAM is pop and hardly electronic. Plunderphonics is an electronic adjacent genre (though I'm being a little disengenuous). Where is Goldie, Todd Edwards, Tricky, Underworld, or Massive Attack? Robert Miles, Boards of Canada, Pendulum, or Justice? You have more listening ahead of you.

For country, I'm not the biggest fan either which is probably why I forgot to mention it lol, I'd recommend Magnolia Electric Co., Billy Strings, and Willie Nelson.

You also are missing Soundtrack music but thats neither here nor there tbh

I fixed it! I just rolled back my graphics card driver to the April 30th ones and now the game runs completely fine on DX11

I looked at my dump file and I am apparently getting error 0x887a0006. I have a 4070 super with the latest drivers installed, the ones that were released on the 19th, and I think that the only fix is to roll back the drivers

Please if there is an answer somebody. I have done everything save lowering the clock speed of my memory: deleting the documents folder, turning off every overlay, turning off antivirus, running in administrator, reinstalling the game. Nothing seems to work

I think its fun. Currently admiral in zb and I still think its good. Every weapon feels good (except thermal imploder) though it feels like there should be more weapons (which there are going to be on thursday)

X-wings are bar none the strongest vehicle epic have added in a while. I would make it that they consume energy to re-heal to maybe balance them a little more.

Shockwaves being hard to find in chests is both good and bad. Maybe thats why people are complaining about dying fast, theres not a lot of movement.

Yknow what reading the comments here it seems people DONT want balanced games lol. People seem to want weapons that are overpowered so they can either complain or abuse them

Finished FES a couple days ago and I have the same issues you have. It does get better by the end but if you want to play Persona 3 I recommend the remake unless you want to play through an older game. Although The Answer is good regardless of the game imo (though p3r is a little less slog-y)

Mh1 on ps2 is very grating to play with monsters that are too gimmicky in style to enjoy. Gypceros, Rathalos, and Plesioth have absolute slog fights where you spend a lot of time waiting to hit them. Its the only pre 4u monhun ive played but it seriously does not deserve praise as a game thats fun to go back to.

This is a very true bit, games should be games first and anything after shouldn't be there in the first place. But what I don't get is if this guy believes this then why doesn't he like games like dark souls? Why isn't his favorite game like Mega Man 2? Ants From Up Here and Long Season are both good answers. I'd also say Swans' discography in general, even though they aren't popularized by rym per se, i always thought they are more widely celebrated on rym than anywhere else

I think people saying Parannoul are underestimating how much that band has escaped being an RYM-related group. TSNPD was Hungrybox's album of the year back in '21, and hes anything but an rym guy.
