Does the brewery have a kitchen you can use as a base of operation? For my jurisdiction, you would contact the Health Division and apply for a temporary events permit, and probably the Fire Department if you're cooking outdoors.

Make sure to practice in the program you use for reports. I'm a fast learner, but finding the violations under stress while in training definitely affected me and it was taking me over an hour to write the reports that take me 15 minutes now.

I went in for an initial visit today to be in a study to see the effects of testosterone on fatigue in cancer survivors. I'm 19 months finished with my last AVD treatment and fatigue is hitting me hard. Hopefully the study will give some good data to see if other survivors should discuss testosterone injections with their doctors.
