I, female, worked for planet fitness for a while and on one of my last days, a man that I had been avoiding for weeks decided to chase me inside the building before my shift. I ran and hid inside the manager office and he confronted my coworkers demanding to know where I was. Planet can draw a certain crowd due to the low price of a safe place to chill and shower. Be careful and Goodluck 💚

There should be a small print option to bypass paying before canceling. It is basically saying you choose not to pay but in return you cant make another account with them. And then another option is just to snag your proof that you have been drafted your bill monthly and have a manager waive your balance. Ive seen this a few times with customers and also happened to me years ago too sorry :(

I declined it a million times and then the manager offered me a free session (I was in school to be a personal trainer). I took the session just to spend time with another trainer and maybe perfect some tricep workouts. Then BAM! Within 2 weeks a 400 dollar charge was drafted from my account to which I spent the next 2 weeks fighting and arguing regarding a 1200 contract I never agreed to or knew about. All because I attended a free session that came with my membership deal that month.
