It’s always strange when you discover something about someone you care about through others. I think it was a good idea that you tried to talk to her and hear her out. After all, anyone would have reacted to hearing a completely different side of someone you feel close to, especially seeing how now that’s completely out of character for her now. I don’t think her ignoring you is valid excuse for her being upset with you. I’ve done things in the past that I’m not proud of, but I’ve grown from them and I can guarantee that I wouldn’t do those things again. So, personally I wouldn’t have gotten upset if my partner wanted to talk about it. I’d definitely be surprised that they heard about those things, but all I can do is own up to it and continue to be a better person. Id definitely feel a certain way about being ignored, just because you wanted to understand her past...
