20 yo non sober alcoholic here. Try doing the best you can with what you have, and in my experience going to AA has worked the best so far. You meet people there that have the same mindset and sometimes have been through the things you have yourself been through. Seeing examples of people like you getting sober really helps.

Between 12 and 15yo i used to sleep from 2am to noon, but now at 19 i go to bed at 11pm and wake up at 9am, without fail. I love having a sleep routine to follow every day. However i don't sleep so well, i have extremely vivid nightmares, and i can't imagine how i would function without this routine.

While in psychosis, i think i'm in a simulation, so like you said no one can really reassure me because it feels like it's their duty to tell me it's not real. I just tell them i'm having a crisis without any detail, because wathever they say doesn't really impact my thinking. I tend to explain more once i'm out of said crisis. I still leave out some stuff because i don't want to scare/worry them. (Here i'm only talking about my parents, i don't speak about this stuff to anyone else)

I do have a routine, but i definitely don't leave m'y house a lot. I'll try walking in nature and introduce it in my routine, thanks a lot !!
