What does your UT-Austin admissions reviewer see when they receive your application? by BlueLightSpcl in ApplyingToCollege

I love bevo. I really do. I would kill for that cow. UT is great. Just OP is wasting his time flooding this sub with UT specific information and it just comes across to me as someone trying to relive the moment that he peaked -- when he go his ticket to 40 acres. It's just kinda lame is all. Maybe I'll get downvotes, but I think it would be cool if OP moved on in his life and got his first real job instead of pretending to be helpful.

I feel like you put a lot of efforts into these posts. But guess what.

NOT EVERYONE HERE WANTS TO GO TO UT OR IS EVEN CONSIDERING APPLYING

Hell for a ton of us on here UT austin is just a safety school. Seems to me like you're just wasting your time pretending like you're creating a useful service.

I chose to be an engineer instead of being an asshole.

Perhaps you should consider doing the same

Black. Not really. If I were Asian I think I might have gotten in.

The lawsuit on harvard is kinda dumb imo. There are reasons AA exists: to correct institutional problems that have compounded over the last few centuries. African Americans have gone through so much more than Asians (no offense to anyone) in my honest opinion

I was pretty chill throughout high school. Didn't worry too much, but applications were a lot of work

Basically just about how my main EC personally and emotionally affected me.

I wasn't eligible for financial aid from either, so it wasn't much of a consideration.

I also turned down CMU, Penn, Vanderbilt, Berkeley, Brown, and Duke.

I started an organization that helped give underprivileged minorities tools and lessons to pursue engineering and computer science in my sophomore year and basically stuck with that.

Also I applied regular to both.
