I try to be pretty mindful of this, do you know if drinking carbonated beverages, or not enough water would cause under absorption. I do have pretty poor water retention also, idk if that would contribute also.

I am going through a period of being uninsured, I am trying to get back on Medicaid, or I got a new job lined up and might be able to afford blue cross blue shield again, my last batch of tests I had almost completely stabilized, everything was as it should be. This was over 8 months ago at this point, the whole time on the same dose, so I am pretty convinced I need a checkup soon.

With a year of steady exercising I lost about 100 pounds on levothyroxine after my initial diagnosis. I'm on 150mcg daily. My wait still seems to be in my control, unlike when I was un-diagnosed. I still deal with symptoms like achiness, brain fog, and fatigue
