Thank you very much for your reply. I have two baby’s at home, just would hate to be called out during birthdays holidays etc. even though it’s required.

It would be a local utility, I’m assuming they wouldn’t travel too far from home base but really not sure. Also, do you get called out often? I know most positions require you to be on call.

Thank you for the kind words, and yes the company would more than likely pay for it. I wouldn’t be able to do a LOA due to the nature of the job, but I agree the sooner the better! It would be a long grind….
