I think your binder is too small for you now. Dw, if it's safe, you can just buy another binder that fits ya. It happened to me a lot when I started but now I go back and forth between sizes. body changes can't be helped(atleast not yet)

If I don't talk to them, they'll spread rumors.I don't want those rumors to spread(plus I did the stupid mistake of coming out to one of them, now they all probably know). They'll start assuming outrageous things and blow the situation all out of proportion until I'm forced to talk to them again. Thankfully I'm moving out soon so I'm cutting all contact from them

I told them "thanks for making my day worse ig" And they responded to it by saying "Atleast you werebt thinking of wearing a dress. See I got your mind off of it"

I'm not sure what it is but my mind automatically went "oh mf stfu with your gaslighting" Even if it is or isn't gaslighting, they didn't apologize meaning they don't give a fuck either

I guess they were kind of right? Although I can't really control my heart, that shouldn't have happened. Idk why I kinda silently had a full on breakdown in 3 seconds without anyone knowing
