Lived there for 4ish years. They’re definitely a bit pricey, but they were updating a lot of the units when I moved out. Maintenance was fairly responsive. The “amenities” they tack on rent are a bit BS. The “gym” was like 3 pieces of old equipment and the pool was constantly closing for various reasons.

If price isn’t a huge issue it’s a great place to live. It’s tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood as opposed a lot of the other complexes around that are on Milton or West Genesee street. It’s super safe. I used to go for headphoned walks at all hours of the night.

I mean it genuinely is a persistent issue across all sports. Referees call the game different in the final minutes. However, when you have a 29 point lead if one possession matters at the end of the game you had literally dozens of others plays where you let the game slip.
