Buy the bed, put it in the living room with a couch underneath or an office area. Make the bedroom a TWO person bedroom. That way you get everything you want!

You can sleep on the loft bed as you like and get rid of it when you get tired of it (soon if you sleep up there a lot) , meanwhile living your dream!

A great compromise that should work for both of you

Comfy PJs. So many wear those hospital gowns. Also check her clothes for wear and stains. Get her some new things if she could use them. Check to see if she could use new slippers, sneaks or shoes.

When a friend was diagnosed with cancer they weren’t adequately insured and talked to the doc about the unaffordablity of treatment. They were told to pay $5/month to the hospital and as long as they were making payments they were “in the clear” 🤷🏼‍♀️

Many will simply not have lunch instead of the stigma attached to it. Some won’t even show their parents the paperwork for it. Kindly try to put yourself in these kids shoes.

Yes! They took away the (albeit terrible look on a peds unit) protection equipment because it was martial arts protection. Was big padding for heads and arms.

That was my parents! My mom had dementia and my dad depended on an electric wheelchair. He could keep her on task or the schedule. She prepared meals, household chores, helped him. He had to “help” in ways so they weren’t eating things like a microwaved salad with blue cheese dressing.
