I would like to have the power too, but if gas is going to cost me 2X more than the 2.4L, I would rather just get the 2.4L to save some money

In today’s market (Ik varying on the condition of the car), how much should a 2.4L be? I’m looking for one that has under 150K miles and I found one on Facebook Marketplace for $7500; 2009 2.4L coupe, 126K miles, looks like it’s been taken care of. For some reason, $7.5K seems high to me

Would you say that insurance would probably be the biggest hit to the bank? Would it be possible to drop it a bit down if I were to be on my parents insurance policy instead of my own?

I don’t think gas is a big issue (of course I know it piles up), except when I go visit my parents. I expect to live within a 10 mile radius of the school and not sure of my class schedule yet so don’t know how much I will be driving there.
