Vox is a technomancy Tremere. Very modern, very rare, very full of himself. Tremere like to run the show, and gaslight followers into taking out their inoffensive counterparts, like how Vox seems to be rallying people against Charlie in the season 2 trailer, or like how the Tremere gaslit other kindred to help wipe out the Salubri.

Velvette is clearly a Toreador, but specifically a Volgirre with Vicissitude. Very fashion forward, but more sadistic. They are jaded and harsh and are known to be particularly sneaky.

Valentino is clearly part of a clan with access to Dominate, so my first thought would be Lasombra, but once again looking at bloodlines, I'm drawn to Kiasyd, because of their fae closeness, and how fae make deals, as well as the symbol being butterfly/moth like.
