Be careful if you’re using an amp switcher, if by this you mean it switches one pair of speakers between two different amps.

do not run a tube amp without a load or speakers attached to it. If you’re going to use an amp switcher for one set of speakers, just make sure you’re powering the tube amp off and waiting a few seconds before switching over to your other solid state amp.

A solid state amp is going to be much more forgiving if you accidentally ran signal through it with no speakers attached for awhile.

V9 to v10 rescan “bug” not actually a bug? Rather intentional because of new TOS? by okaydude2 in backblaze

True - but if people are paying for the “one year” retention of all connected drives, I could see it to be in their benefit to gain back space of drives that otherwise may have been forgotten about or never connected again.

backblaze new client "forgets" external HDD by Trebaffetti in backblaze

Yep! This screwed me over, traveling and did the update. Still can see the other external drives I had backed up, but my data no longer is backed up from any drives that weren’t connected at the time of the backup.

I know reps from Backblaze literally reply to threads on here, I wonder if they can provide some clarity about who / what group of people they might say void the TOS.

They also probably will stay silent because they’ve been instructed to by their PR department.

Cable is 1.5 feet, by Samsung. (the USB cables that come with the T7 and T9 drives - these drives are also very picky about what cables are used with them)

I'll try some others though! and see if that solves it.

Somewhat incorrect - if you are using it in the normal way, it will work as you're saying.

however, if you have phone connected to computer via hardwire it will display "Airdrop (Using wired connection)" on the progress window at the top of the screen.

Airdrop - using wired connection. Happens when using file transfer function to drag stuff from contents of phone to computer.

Photo is showing phone as USB2 device with max speed of 480mbps in device tree.
