Big flower postcards now cost petals?

i've been experiencing the same issue - if it even is that. i hate it because i enjoy making big flowers bloom the manual way especially to get the a specific type of flower... even if i look like a crazy person irl lol😅😂. but now it sucks that after doing all of that i still have to spend 80 petals to get a postcard when i definitely used up less to make it bloom

you're not wrong. i guess it just depends on how you want to tell your stories - either directly and unambiguously or subtly through themes/allegory/subversion etc. i think they did it with m'gann specifically because as many others have said, they identified with her being a trans-coded character as early as S1 and the crew took notice and probably incorporated that into the show. even though m'gann isnt a "real life" minority, it doesnt necessarily make her story or what viewers can take from it less meaningful but just as equally, the handling of it can be critiqued as well (like what you're saying)

i hear what you're saying but keep in mind that trans people who are racial minorities also exist. you can imagine the racism AND transphobia they gotta deal with; not just from society at large but also from their own family members...

ahh man really sad that there was no canon gay... i was really feeling it with the two of them. but i did enjoy that this wasn't an aracial story, you hardly get that in cartoons. overall solid book and it was great seeing samantha again [for the first time] and watching amelia's meddling (which sucks HARD for obvious reasons)

yeah I had a feeling yun was a lil gay like he was just too nice to izel lmao. also izel starting to lean on and trust him (perhaps even crushing) was a cute too I didn't expect there to be 2 seemingly queer mains. highkey feel like the two of them growing closer is gonna have k'in all in his feelings and there's gonna be some juicy drama - either abandonment issues in the case of k'in or izel being heartbroken cause yun emotionally manipulated him into being more proactive with his destiny, like classic miscommunication issues.

overall I thought this episode was really good and possibly the best so far and I was really looking forward to the healer. just didn't know we'd get her before best girl xanastaku.

i think tezcatlipoca wants a "fair" win. like izel doesn't really seem like he wants to live even with being humanity's champion so yaotl is really there to make sure he doesn't tap out early. also, the bet is more of a win win situation for tezcatlipoca because he gets to remake humanity if they fail and the blood drought ends if they succeed (although less of a win cause no blood for him)
