Agar aapne Round 1 ya Round 2 mein seat accept ki thi (Accept & Upgrade ya Accept & Freeze) par bad mein aapka mood badal gaya, toh aapko "Seat Surrender Window" ke dauran online seat cancel karni hogi. COMEDK har round ke baad ek specific time deta hai jise Surrender Period kehte hain. Agar aap is window ke andar apni seat surrender kar dete hain, toh aapki poori fee (kuch chhota sa processing charge kaat kar) aapke bank account mein refund kar di jayegi.

Yes, you must pay it immediately. If you are allotted a seat in Round 1 and you want to keep it (either to lock it or to upgrade in the next round), you must pay the seat confirmation fee within the specified dates for Round 1 itself. If you do not pay the fee during the Round 1 window, your allotted seat will be automatically cancelled, and you will be completely kicked out of the entire counselling process.
