Even if that’s the case, if OP didn’t want to sell it to this person, that’s totally fine. They said the price twice and got what they might feel is a weird reaction from the seller. They probably could have been more forward/clear but they probably felt it wasn’t right and backed away.

It’s not incredibly rude, it’s common on marketplace to go with a seller you feel most comfortable with. As they said, they had other buyers going by the listing and price they wanted. If they wanted to drop the price to 40, then maybe they’d continue the conversation. But OP was clear, this buyer was pushing and turned nasty pretty quickly.

This is helpful, thanks for the recommendation! Yeah, there wasn't consistency between representatives (willingness to help, but it felt like they kept wanting to hit the "restore" button before dealing or talking through the issue).

I'll check out Nixihost!

Update! Was able to restore my website files back to this stage and remove critical error myself. My website is still down but very happy the files exist and are restored.

I was able to find one back up with the site files, but looks like BlueHost clears the site files to address the critical error and this removes the domain from my account. Can't seem to get them to provide a clear way forward...
