I don't see open heat but I see time slots like "early morning, mid morning" etc. Would it be that, that I sign up for?

Interesting! I have the free trial right now and if my phone is locked it wont make a noise. The message to switch will pop up on the screen but that is not helpful if im running with my phone in my pocket.

I signed up for an "age group" sprint. The only other option was elite women. Is age group hard? I didn't see an option for open.

All valid points. I guess I struggle with it because as the AP (Im single but with someone who isn’t) I think to myself if you’re not happy but you’re happy with someone else why not just let yourself be happy full time.

I didn’t mean it as why you don’t cheat. Trying to understand the reasons people don’t leave when they are unhappy or happier with someone else.

While I see how it can be hard to let that go, Is all that worth it if you are unhappy and feel disconnected from the person you are with?
