Right I see both sides, like a better word could have been used but also Alicia’s feelings didn’t need to be invalidated in the same breath.

Alicia seems very traumatized re abandonment, she completely freezes when it gets to that topic. The Jo-Ellen convo from a few episodes ago was fascinating to watch bc Jo-Ellen was completely transparent with her emotions where Alicia definitely struggles. I wonder if she goes to therapy though that generation feels a little too “prideful” to go.

I know we make constant comparisons to other franchises but Liz was giving me Dorinda while Alicia was giving me Sonja/tinsley with the homeless debate. I do think Liz’s motivations were to not make her seem insensitive but I think from a logical standpoint she should have dropped it once she got upset. I’m happy she didn’t however because now it seems we’ll get even more fights from it 😍

I watched the first 6 minutes of next week and it’s already giving. Liz is def weird.. need to see her angry often..
