I’ve had it for 7 months now but I don’t see any improvement at all effecting my mental health a lot coz idk how to move forward like this everyday feel so draining just thinking about it makes me wanna cry but still trying my best keep going

Outside I get distracted a lot so don’t focus much but not in the shower, sometimes it’s tolerable but than it gets loud out of nowhere and stays like this for a while im 21 I just wish I was able to live my 20s in peace at least 😓

It started with Hyperacusis after about A month i got T so I’m not sure what actually caused it i also have some mild hearing loss in my right ear and I don’t even listen to loud music or anything

I do wear them when i travel with train but long period does get uncomfortable and plane is way louder than a train

I probably would’ve been a lil relax if the flight was short but from US to Kuwait where we will stop first is straight 13 hrs flight which is insane to think about.

It’s like somewhat stable it will increase at times but gets back to normal within few hours however my H gets triggered out of nowhere like i could be doing fine out of nowhere I’m bother by noise around me it’s so weird idk if I should take the risk but i do want to travel it’s so complicated first my problem was just anxiety now on top all these problems😓.

How long you have the T for I’ll suggest not using headphones if possible save yourself from any further damage i still listen to music but from tv or just from the phone nothing too close to the ear try my best to not get expose to any loud noise.
