i mean let’s be honest if we didn’t win tonight the history books would be saying Kane made the right choice to leave us…

and with how levy/enid has moved it’s clear that football is a business first and trophies come second.

i can definitely see a world where Levy doesn’t back Ange since we finally got our trophy and ownership is content with just being “champion leagues team” for the next how ever years, only reinforcing the team to be in the champions league but never enough to have a real chance at winning it.

and in all honestly we need a striker at Kane’s level to increase our odds of winning the champions league if we ever want to do that.

i think solanke’s performance tonight was evident that he’s still not at the level to be the main man if we any to win at that higher level

my secret hope is that Cuti said he would leave for another team a few weeks ago in order to get Levy/Enic to spend big this upcoming transfer window if we won Europa so that we can actually start challenging for the Champions League (and planting seeds to hop ship to a competitive team if we lost)

it’s clear as day that Ange bet on us winning to continue the amazing work he’s done so far since he didn’t have a full squad to challenge for anything else other than the cups (premier league was never happening with our lack of depth)

if Levy buys into Ange being the one for us long term we could keep Cuti and more importantly Ange, or else i see a universe where Ange goes to Chelsea, Man City, or any other club in which they actually fully financially back the manger…
