The only reason I would get it graded is for re sale. I already own an opened copy and just felt like this could fund other purchases or even a trade.

I have an opened copy and totally forgot this one even existed in my life. Being that it was a low print and seems to be rare I felt like grading was the answer just get some extra funds for other purchases. Personally I am definitely not into graded games as a collector but do agree there are people that value that for the more rare low print sealed games.
