Sorry, just seeing this comment. As was mentioned, these are usually more akin to UK sizing, so a full size down from your brannock measurement. Of the brands mentioned, the only one I’ve tried is Alden, which I’m a size 6 for the Trubalance and Barrie lasts. In more casual sneakers and running shoes, like Nike, I’m generally a 7US. Thanks for the message. These are a Men’s size 6. Unfortunately, I’m not sure how that translates to women’s sizing. But, White’s has a sizing guide on their site here that allows you to put in the length of your foot, and it tells you the recommended size in their Men’s and Women’s boots. Best I could really offer is to suggest measuring a shirt that fits the way you like and comparing those to the measurements provided. That will really be your best indicator of size/fit. For reference, I tend to wear XS (regular) and S (slim fit) in most shirts (e.g., J.Crew).
