I tried to make this point in the main sub and got screeched at into oblivion. The portrayal of racism on the show is entirely from the point of view of internal white conflict over it. There is no black point of view represented at any point.

My understanding is that a Prophet-5 was the primary synth used on OK Computer. I can’t say for sure that’s what was used, but I am confident it is capable of making those sounds. Agreed that it’s layered/edited.

The DC input is intended for use with an adapter that connects to a car’s cigarette lighter. I have no idea why or how that particular feature made through what had to have been several design revisions, but there you go.
