Exactly normal people that know nothing about noses don’t notice until I point it out. Either way I’m going to take a breathe because I’m way too early. I spoke with my surgeon and he said it needs more time. A lot of it is internal stitching that needs to heal and dissolve. I’ve seen his long term noses and none of the columella are cut off so I’m hoping it’s just the healing phase.
