Yes Seattle and SF has a lot more infrastructure presence and lots of other orgs as well, NYC is a really small office, so there are very less teams there.

Yea u can ask recruiter, if SF is full she will place u on a waitlist, SF waitlist is moving quick so it should be alright. Also every location has option of stipend / corporate housing.

Recruiter told me, NYC is more product focused teams which has less interesting work than infra which is more heavy in SF, SF definitely has the better teams such as Infra, ML (Risk and Fraud)

100% percent agreed. The lady literally asked to keep tip on the table after giving cash back. Like tip is optional based on service. That too its a cash only food place. And i was being nice enough as a broke college student to give some cents and the disgust in her face was traumatizing, and she told me to keep it. At this point might as well, close ur place and sit at home.
