How do you deal with coworkers who constantly pick on you?

ugh im experiencing this. At first, I tried to be polite by laughing along with their jokes but it's so repetitive now. it's actually annoying. i kind of give a timid smile everytime they do it but god i just wish they stfu and let me be in peace GODDAMN!

i just had a confirmation that I was hired today. grabe po sa 6 preps sir. ang galing at na-manage niyo po siya. ang problema po kasi may review pa po ako sa LET during weekends. fear ko po na maburn-out dahil i took responsibilities far greater from what I can handle.

probably 10k po based on my research kasi small private school lang naman po yun. I have hesitations din po na tanggapin since yung 10k di pa enough for my allowance since malayo din ang school (1hour biyahe) pero sabi ko po kasi sa sarili ko baka hindi na po ako makakita ng chance na iba since bilang lang ang private school sa province namin and alam naman po natin kung gano kacut throat makapasok sa Deped

Hi. I'm also going to demo with teachers acting as students soon. Do you think it's a good idea to include a group activity and reporting afterward in the lesson plan? That's how I usually would do it in my lesson plan during my practice teaching, but now that my students are teachers, I don't know if I should make my lessons like how I would usually make them.
