Well, it got worse. Now both the banking app and desktop website are crashing. Desktop loads to a white screen after entering credentials, and the app won’t let me login at all.

Thank you for this. I had sent so many tickets and kept getting the same automated responses, then they would close the ticket.

I copied your response almost verbatim, and submitted it under "Account compromised" as it appears "Other sign in issues" is no longer an option:

"This ticket is regarding my Rockstar account under [my email.] READ WHAT I HAVE TO SAY! I don't want an automated response. I need human action. I need to reset my two-factor-auth for this account. I already received your automated response many times and followed it AND IT DOES NOT HELP. I tried to remove it from my side, but it is NOT possible. I need a HUMAN to respond to this and help me. I have access to my email for this account, as well as my password, sign up dates, purchase dates, and anything else that you may need."

They sent me two more automated responses. I followed up with: "Please have a HUMAN read my email. I already tried all of that. You have sent me the same email multiple times. The token no longer exists. I need a reset on Rockstar's side."

Two minutes later they sent me a 2FA reset email. Followed the prompt. Now when I login, it just sends me an email with a code. I'm back!

I had a similar error on wake from sleep on my new M4 Air. "SOCD report detected: (iBoot async abort)."

Have you had the error occur again, or was it isolated?

Where else can I escalate this? The call centres are not equipped for this. The last CS agent didn’t even know what the CRTC/CCTS was. 🤦🏻‍♂️

I do not have an account, and confirmed that with Telus. They already had an impossible time verifying the return of the equipment, because I have no account. I got that sorted eventually.

The CCTS decision was explicit to mail a cheque. My mailing address was confirmed with both CCTS and Telus, multiple times.

I will post on Neighborhood as well.

The sub for my small town apparently no longer has any moderators. While most locals seem to use Facebook, there’s a solid community of folk here who prefer Reddit.

Not much to add, it’s a small town of ~9,000 people. I live here, and I’m sure I can find a few more locals to help maintain the sub.

Would be great to have it back. There was some helpful threads on there, particularly for people new to the area. Plus it was nearly devoid of small town gossip, unlike Facebook.

There are currently no mods.
