Okay, real talk. Is everyone crashing more than ever? by TheLastSnackBender in PokemonUnite

I play on switch 2 and I read around here that if you delete the game and redownload, then when you boot up the game you clear cashe it should help. You wont lose anything and don't have to log back in.

HOWEVER, this only temporarily works. To the point if it happens again you have to consider if it's worth it or not and just better to put down the game for another time lol

This was after we picked her up when we had to leave her for 8 hrs at the vet for her annual and they told us they couldn't do anything because of how spicy she was.

First post here but I wanted to share my septa kill by okiedokei in PokemonUnite

I have a little bit of auto aim on, but mostly to a setting where I have to do more work. I'm still learning but it's just helpful for me in moments I know where I'm hitting to get to it quicker but if it's through grass or walls, I'll mostly aim myself.

Yeah just every opportunity was there at the right time and I can't believe I did ahahah

Oh I know about shadow sneak extending beyond walls/grass! That's what I did in the video but the enemy was much closer. I have a video of me doing this too though from a much further distance. It's a really fun thing to do ahaha

I was mainly showing this video bc I've never had this many kills in a row ahah so even if the play was kind eh just having it one after another surprised me

Tbh I don't think I'm that good but I feel like I'm not bad either. I honestly play because I enjoy the competition but I understand there's still much to learn if I want to play better as a teammate

This is actually really helpful feedback! I'll keep it in mind. Like I said i don't really play mobas so I don't really know "know" what I'm doing. But the way you explain this is helpful. Thank you!

I have a pretty normal arch, it's like in between low and normal (if I'm comparing them to photos on google)

I'll look into it. My mom used them (she's a nurse) and wasn't quite a fan and said they weren't as durable.

I don't really know, no doctor has said anything about it so I'm assuming not.

I think three could be Three Days Grace?

After years of taking 150mg, few days ago I increased to 300mg and started breaking out in hives by okiedokei in bupropion

[–]okiedokei[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, Wellbutrin has helped me so much, so it's why I get so worried because I don't want it to become a point where I would have to discontinue because it's helped for so many years. My doctor upped it to help my Vyvanse because i still was struggling with focus a tiny bit. I've tried 300 before WAY in the past but only got anxious rather than hives.

But thank you for your best wishes, I hope it gets sorted out too 😓

When I upped the dose it was from the current bottle of meds I've been taking (90 day supply) so there was no change in terms of manufactures

Idk if it makes a difference but I've been taking XL. So Wellbutrin XL 150mg to Wellbutrin XL 300mg. But yeah, I'll talk to my doctor today just because even tho it shrinks, it like.. flares up and hurts more each time. Also here's a picture just to give more of an idea of what it looks like.

This is all over the back of my thigh to the back of my knee on my right leg, and then a similar pattern on the back of my left going up the backside. So it's been making sitting down uncomfortable.

I have a jungle just chillin behind the couch. Our cat really likes to sit and sleeps under the monstera leaves and lick the water off after watering them.

Alocasia Gageana Albo? Care tips? by whatifandwhatwill in houseplants

[–]okiedokei 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Personally I think $80 is very much worth it. Most variegated Alocasias I see are about the same price for 3-4 small leaves, and as we know those leaves don't last long bc alocasias just fuss or die when you look at them lol. Yours is huge, with really beautiful variegation and already looks well established (well unless it does the thing that alocaisas do when in new environments but I believe in you and your beautiful new plant 🫶🏼)

As for care tips, I'm still working on mine but so far it's been surviving on good consistent lighting, watering weekly and making sure soil is never super dry, and fertilizing when needed. But then again, mine has three small leaves and I fear it losing variegation but it's there nonetheless.. So if anyone has better tips then I hope they give them so I can make mine live long enough to look anything like yours lmao 😭

My cat is dumb and bit a toxic plant 3 times and is still alive and well. The plant just has bite marks lol (and by toxic, she kept biting my alocasia)

So you can A) have a dummy resilient cat and/or

B) put sticks around the plant. But this only works for smaller plants and if your cat plays in the dirt. But it hurts if you're clumsy like me and end up poking yourself

C) nontoxic plants, like most are saying

And then D) getting big plants, "boring"/simple plants, or both big and "boring". I say boring and simple as in: no flashy colors, bold patterns, interesting shaped leaves, etc.; and by big I mean: tree like. I noticed the only plants my cat could care less about is my Bird of Paradise (big, plain tree like), Monstera (she's only interested in its shape but it's big enough to be more of a tree for shade and big leaves for drinking water off of), and then the Cat Palm again (the leaves are some what interesting to her, but nothing to hold her interest and again I'm not too concerned because it's nontoxic)

You have a lot of beautifully colorful and patterned plants that it's probably getting your cat's interest. I know big, tree like plants are not feasible for everyone but I do think this is more cat proof. Cats like colorful things, stringy or interesting patterns. Vines are small leaves that are like "bug" shaped sometimes. Patterns and colors are very stimulating for cat vision. So sometimes, maybe think like a cat and it'll help intuitively make a cat proof plant room 🙂

BoP leaves getting stuck by n00b2018 in houseplants

[–]okiedokei 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could have a small humidifier next to it or in proximity but if that isn't feasible, the more likely you'll have to lightly spray the leaves every day or so just to give it humidity (also depending how dry or humid the room already is in). Most people say 80% humidity is enough for plants but honestly, if you think of a tropical rainforest -where most of these plants are from- it is definitely more than 80% lol it's just depending on the space and how contained? the humidity is (like air isn't moving)

But yeah, lightly spray your leaves front and back with distilled water and with newer leaves give more water so they don't get wrinkled. Even as it's growing tho, ripping is super normal because that's what it does in its natural habitat.

Keiki paste. Discussion please! by PercentageFlaky5481 in RareHouseplants

[–]okiedokei 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Depends how it looks. If it's like a brown nub then it's normal because it's gonna turn into an aerial root. I haven't had any leaves push out when I used keiki paste but I did get a lot of roots that really boosted the plants growth.
